How can I recover permanently deleted iCloud photos from iPhone?

I am experiencing an issue with my iCloud photos and would like to request your assistance. I accidentally deleted some photos from iCloud and then permanently deleted them from the “Recently Deleted” folder. I was unaware that permanently deleting photos from iCloud would also remove them from my device.

Previously, I noticed that my phone was syncing photos from iCloud (it showed signs of downloading), but later many photos suddenly disappeared, even though I did not manually delete them from the device. I have tried many methods to recover the photos but have not been successful.

I believe this issue happened because I mistakenly permanently deleted the photos from iCloud earlier, which then affected my device.

Additionally, the photos I deleted were removed less than 30 days ago.

I have thoroughly checked all possible folders, including “Recently Deleted” and albums, but I could not find any of the missing photos.

I also attempted to contact support by phone, but it was difficult for me to clearly explain the situation, and it takes a long time to resolve through a call. Therefore, I would appreciate receiving support via chat or message so I can describe my case more thoroughly.

These photos are extremely important to me, and currently, I have no other options
