How to manually add AppleScript notifications on Mac?

I've got a number of AppleScripts that I've turned into Applications via Script Editor. Most of them deal with backing up via rsync routines. On my MacBook Pro I can turn those notifications on or off as I like. On my 2018 Intel Mac Mini, they don't even show up. Is there a way to add them manually? Or should I just delete them and try creating them again? Both systems are on Sonoma 14.7.5.

You can also manually force a notification by using AppleScript's display notification.
