How do I find saved images from Image Playground on iPad?

On my iPad, when I tap Save Image in Playground where is the image saved? It is not in Photos.

iPadOS 18 Update separates screenshots from main photo library on iPad Is there a way to return my screenshots to the main body of photos, where they were held pre-update 18? A good and patient Apple Advisor spent an hour with me yesterday but we failed to achieve this. Tapping on an individual screenshot and selecting “Show in All Photos” unfortunately doesn’t work: it simply fails to arrive in the photo Library.
