How do I edit a Calendar event that I use often?

I have several events that I use several times each month, but they are not "repeatable". In other words, I schedule them as they come up. When I type "AM Meeting" it comes up with a past AM Meeting including the time and alerts. This is helpful and saves me typing to just hit Enter. BUT now the time and alerts have changed. How do I get it to come up with the new data instead of the original? Is there a way to edit these past events with new times?

These are not “repeat” events. Yes, they do repeat, but I put them in the calendar individually when they are scheduled. So I can’t change future events because there aren’t any yet.

What I want to change is the default that comes up. EXAMPLE. I used to enter “AM” and up popped my AM meeting with all the details starting at 8:00 am. Great. But now the meetings are always at 9:00 and the alerts need to be changed also. But when I type “AM” the old meeting time and alerts pop up and I have to change them. Isn’t there a way to edit this pop-up once and for all with the new times? Small thing, but what use is the pop-up if the data is outdated?

The autofill may learn over time. More immediate solutions would be to call the new version of the meeting something different (e.g. 9AM Meeting) or to delete the old 8 am meetings.

I use Week Calendar, which has a “template” capability. I save events like this as a template, and I can insert it with just a couple of taps.
