How do I edit a Calendar event that I use often?

The autofill may learn over time. More immediate solutions would be to call the new version of the meeting something different (e.g. 9AM Meeting) or to delete the old 8 am meetings.

As soon as I saw you'd posted in this thread, I knew this is what you were going to say! We've been hanging out too long!

You should just be able to click on edit and when your finish it gonmma ask you if you want the change just for that event it all future events and click on the one you want to use

Another option is to duplicate such an event, then just change the time and date of the duplicate.

And yet another is to copy an event, then paste it in the new location.

I know what you mean. It's so easy to get wedded to a particular path to a solution!
