My AirPods Pro gen 1 won’t turn on??

My AirPods Gen 1 pros just stopped working one day. I was working and the case disconnected and won’t turn on or connect again. The AirPods inside my ear started making static noises??? And I need help with turning them back on. I tried charging them and resetting them but It hasn’t worked for me yet.
