Safari tabs are displaying wrong on the right hand side.

So far, I've tried restarting Safari and updating my Mac, but this keeps happening!

Safari is opening a new window instead of a tab-despite resetting Hi All, I am having problems with my website tabs in Safari since my MacBook updated to Sequoia 15.3.2. Every time I click a link, the website opens in a new window, rather than a new tab. i have followed the previous advice to go to settings, tabs and set to always, automatic and even never. then I have tried restarting the mac, but no joy. It seems to work sporadically to sometimes open a new tab , but then the next one goes back to opening a new window. This is driving me mad and it's only 10am! Any help, very gratefully received! Safari is opening a new window instead of tab I have the settings in Safari to set to automatically open a tab instead of a window but after I did the most recent update I have had issues with it opening windows instead of tabs. I have tried changing it to "always" and that also hasn't worked. I have closed safari and restarted it and that hasn't helped. I have also restarted my MacBook but I also did not work. Any suggestions?

You may start by " MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.2 " updating to current Sequoia 15.4.1

I had this question open in 1 Tab of Safari Version 18.4 (20621.1.15.11.10)

In a 2nd tab with https://shakespearenorthplayhouse.co.uk/
