How do I restore my Apple Music playlists after Subscription renewal?
my Apple subscription was not renewed for about a week after it expired. I was subscribed to the individual plan. Never had any problems in the past when I subscribed again it had all my playlists and downloads. It has not even been more than 30 days and you can check my purchase history I’ve only been inactive for about a week after my plan ended. However I saw a promotion offering 3 months for the price of 1 and I decided to subscribe instead of the individual plan now I can’t access any of my playlists I’ve saved over the years. I’ve always made sure my Apple I.D was correct and sync turned on iCloud. I’m so deeply disappointed I’ve been a loyal customer only to lose everything.
