I subscribed to Apple Music for three years, and in the last period they suspended my account because I could not pay the subscription, and about three months passed, and when I resubscribed, I did not find any of the playlists that I had prepared, nor any of my data, nor even my profile, even though it was with the same email, but it seemed to have disappeared out of existence

With an Apple Music subscription, you are only leasing the music. When a subscription expires, you lose all access to this music. If you purchased music from iTunes Store, you may be able to re-download this Redownload music – Apple Support (UK)

You’ll need to start from scratch. Apple does not retain your library indefinitely- usually only for one month to allow for late renewals.
