Hi, for some reason I keep needing to go back and reset the quantise to absolute value, which is quite annoying as I never, ever use relative. Is there a way of setting this as a default and keeping it way?

Are you referring to quantizing a region or moving a region? Can you please show a screenshot or video?
when referring to quantization, people usually refer to a rhythmic value like eighth notes or 16th notes. If you are referring to moving regions, an absolute or relative time value makes more sense as it relates to Bars, Beats, Divisions, and ticks relative or absolute to its position/location.

Are you referring to the "Snap: snap regions to absolute value" option? If that's so, I think your best bet is to design a project template with all your preferred settings then navigate to File -> "Save as template"
