AirPods 4 with ANC disconnecting during calls

My AirPod 4 with ANC are getting disconnected randomly. Even it has enough battery. Getting often disconnect while audio call and video call. Also there is hearing and speaking issues to both side on call.

how to solve this?

Have you tried to reset them to see if the issues persist?

i tried many times by resetting and also tried by unpairing. But still the same problem.
