How can I remove red #1 from Settings app on iPad without choosing Apple One options?

I have an iPad and have the latest update today 4/17/25. The Settings app has red #1 on it and I can’t get rid of it. It wants me to get Apple One and I don’t want to do that. It lists three settings wanting the person to check one of them, but no way to check “decline”. I don’t want to try any of them, but I want the red #1 to go away. When I installed the latest update, I thought that would take care of it, but it didn’t. Help please.
