Acknowledgments of an application in Settings

How do I remove loads of acknowledgments for a particular application found in the settings. This seems unrealistic and there are no provisions to remove them. The app developer takes several days to weeks to reply, and just because these acknowledgments are legally formatted I feel uncomfortable that my privacy and personal info is getting breached. Please do provide a solution for it. If possible, prior to furnishing an application on the App Store if you could make it mandatory for them or could make a provision in IPhone updates to remove such acknowledgments as mentioned above so that users can have flexibility to remove them as and when required.

Thank you

Did you get anywhere with this, at all? I have this evening noticed exactly the same thing on my device, acknowledgements (mainly associated with Google) with numerous apps, tracking all kinds. I am absolutely shocked that this is ‘a thing’ and especially through Apple. I deleted said apps, re downloaded and straight away the list of acknowledgments for all sorts attached and present again. The main apps I’m personally concerned and confused by -

my main banking app

a food delivery

transport ie taxi

an Email app (not connected with Google or Apple)

and so I feel like there’s no connection or pattern, just Apple seemingly allowing acknowledgments, in abundance and across the board - the ‘board’ being me and my complete personal data.
