Can I set up automatic text reply for a 2nd line on my iPhone SE?

 I'm in process of researching setting up a 2nd line on my Verizon plan for my iPhone SE. I need to know if you can set up automated text reply for this 2nd line only. From what I'm reading, that is not possible if you have 2 lines; the automated response goes to BOTH your 1st/primary AND the 2nd line? I see that it is mentioned to be able to set something like this up via an app, such as 2ndLine? Has anyone done this? Any suggestions/recommendations appreciated! Thanks in advance.
