Delete user's folder after user was deleted without saving home folder

MacOS 15.4

A user was deleted without deleting the user's home folder

The user's home folder, and everything underneath, needs to be deleted as it is taking up much too much space

I do not have the rights to delete the folder and I cannot change the rights on the user's folder, or subfolders, to delete the folders.

I have tried the various 'sudo chown' and 'sudo rd -rf' commands. I get the "operation not permitted" error messages.

The most difficult folder appears to be "Mobile Documents" underneath the user's Library folder.
