Why does my iPhone randomly play Apple Music by itself?

This is strange—my iPhone randomly plays music out of nowhere, even when I haven’t opened any apps. I checked online for solutions, but the answers weren’t helpful. A bunch of my friends are dealing with the same issue. I’m not sure what to do, and it’s definitely not the Bluetooth problem everyone keeps mentioning. Any ideas?
