Home App keeps creating duplicate source options for my TCL TV using my Apple TV 4K

When linking my TCL P7KUK to my smart home using the home app it provides options to rename the attached sources to the TV.

My Apple TV is linked to HDMI 1 and I have subsequently named it “Apple TV” however, the home app keeps adding more Apple TV 4K options each day it seems. They can’t be deleted or renamed and I have no clue how to deal with it; I have already tried resetting both the TV and the Apple TV including removing it from home kit all together.

Any suggestions on what might be causing it and how to fix it would be great!
