How can I permanently disable Private Browsing on my iPhone 14 Safari?

I would like to permanently disable private browsing on my iPhone 14. The iOS is 18.4.1 and I already have content restrictions on. For some reason, private browsing is still enabled even after turning on content restrictions.

To clarify, I am not talking about switching between private browsing and regular browsing, I am asking to completely disable my phone from having the option of private browsing.

Did you change Web Content to Limit Adult Websites? The location is at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Web Content. That will prevent Private Browsing.
