How can I view pending uploaded files to iCloud Drive?

Hi, I wanted to ask for help to understand how to view the files left pending during upload to iCloud Drive from a Win11 PC.

In the iCloud Drive folder on Windows there are no files in sync (two blue arrows).

Yet the iCoud app panel reports that there are files still to be uploaded. In reality it is not uploading anything. Even leaving it for hours does not change the status. Obviously restarting the machine or the app has no effect.

Can you help me understand how to identify the pending files?
