How can I recover my Apple Music playlists after they were deleted?

I went on to apple music and saw that 2 of my playlists got completely deleted while every song got wiped from all of my other playlists. I was able to recover one playlist since my sister had saved it but I can no longer edit them. I've been building up these playlists for 2 years so its devastating that all of them got wiped. Why did this happen and is there anything I can do to fix it? Also has anything like this happened to anyone else??
