Apple Podcast requesting library rebuild after updating iPhone to iOS 18.4

After upgrading my phone from iOS 18.3.2 to 18.4, The podcast app requested a library rebuild

After doing the rebuild the list of followed podcasts is empty (Showing "Now Shows Yet?")

I know the followed podcasts must still be saved somewhere as podcast shows are still playing from a variety that I have followed, they are just not displaying.

How can I get my subscribed podcasts to show in the Library without manually finding and following again?
