How do I access iCloud notes with checkboxes on PC?

Hi all, i use my iphone ipad etc and the notes app is especially useful. however when im in my office i access these notes on my pc via google chrome, logging into my icloud. about a week ago, the checkboxes disappeared and although i can see the notes, not having the checkboxes makes having the todo lists rather pointless. i have updated windows, updated chrome, tried all other browsers. nothing works. is anyone else experiencing this?
