Apple Music app open automatically when I connect my AirPods

When I connect airpods and I wear to my ears. Apple music app is opening unexpectedly, I can't solve this problem.

My Apple Music just automatically starts playing when I put my AirPods in I have small ears so AirPods have a hard time staying in and so I have to push them back it but that cause Apple Music to start playing even when I have the tan close and have another app open to watch videos on. It can’t be auto play because I don’t have that feature and I can’t get it to stop. It just started now so I don’t know what’s going on. Help!

Music continues playing, after airpods are put away, on iphone speakers I recently got new airpods, and I've been having issues with my music continuing to play. It goes: Listening to music on spofity, through my airpods, connected to my iphone I take out my airpods - this pauses the music I put the airpods in their case The music starts to play a few seconds later on my iphone speakers (not through my airpods) What used to happen was (and what I would like to get back to): Listening to music on spofity, through my airpods, connected to my iphone I take out my airpods - this pauses the music I put the airpods in their case the music stays paused indefinitely Thank you
