I have not been receiving emails from Apple

I have not been getting emails from the Apple community, I recently got an upvote and didn’t know about it on till I saw my score so I didn’t know what comment got upvoted and I don’t know if any of my comments were replied to. Also I recently signed into ICloud.com and usually I get notified

when I do, but this time I didn’t. Please help, it’s hard to participate in the community when I don’t know what is going on. And I feel unsafe because I’m not getting security notifications and I’m afraid someone will break into my account without me knowing.

Yes I am subscribed

Right after I posted I got an upvote and I don’t know what it was.

Yah, I still don’t know what the last two upvotes were, but I am glad to still be receiving emails.
Question, have you finished that training course that covers detecting which is an Apple email vs a scam? If so can you post the link in here?

Hi @Zachyy -

This thread was shared in a recent query re: how to report/resolve a functional issues with a forum account. I’d like to better understand the approach you describe below.

I have notified the hosts of this issue but am waiting for a response.

Is this equivalent to sending an email to communityaccounts@apple.com? If not, and if this is actually a more effective approach to routing an inquiry, is it process you can elaborate on publicly?

TIA for any insight you’re able to provide.

Hello lukairure46,

Any questions, comments, concerns should be addressed by emailing that address. The Community employees don’t always read all the threads here. I have notified the Managers elsewhere but that is about all I can say.

But for what it’s worth the past week there has been a known issue with receiving email notifications. It was delayed for multiple hours and even not receiving them. It has since been fixed.
