How do I find out the administrator password to download an app?
When I try to download something, I always have to put in the finder for mac password, I don't know my username or password for this.

For convenience you have set your Mac to login automatically when you turn it on?
And now you don't remember the login password that you set when you did that.

You should probably write down the password after you change it.
You will need to know it again for app installation and other things.
