How to rejoin a Family Sharing plan after an error?

Is telling me Cannot Start An account can start or join a family group twice a year. This account will be able to use Family Sharing again in 190 days. my friend click a wrong button. Now I can’t join back her friendly plan again.

If you were removed from Family Sharing twice already, you will not be able to join again.

There's nothing that can be done now. There is no way to bypass the 190 day wait.
