As your questions is pretty vague we cannot provide any more information than that, if you are not able to get Dolby Vision to play on your MM M4 then you need to contact AppleCare and ask for the specifics of what you need.
Please click AppleCare Contact Info and then:
· Scroll down to Connect with live support
· Select your country in the Choose Country section
· Dial the phone number listed
Try Plex or Infuse.
BTW, Apple Support will be of no help as they don't provide suggestions for 3rd party apps nor any support for them, and the only Dolby Vision supported app on a Mac is the Apple TV App.
For movies not in that App, 3rd party options will be required.
