Unable to receive push notifications from apps on my iPhone 13

Recently I stopped getting push notifications from apps including Snapchat, messenger, hinge and tinder.

I have an iPhone 13

I checked all my settings, updated to 18.4 a restarted my phone. I am still not getting my notifications and have to open the apps to see if I have any messages

has anyone else experienced this issue??
