Why is my MacBook Air 13 screen blinking in Safari when connected to Wi-Fi?
only when in safari connected to wifi keeps blinking back to home page of safari like a button is being pushed

I understand the Safari app image is blinking but only when the Mac has a viable Internet connection. Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support.
