Why can't I access my Apple Music purchased music in Klangio?

I cannot open music I have purchsed from the Apple Music Store in transcription software (music to sheet music). The specific app in Klangio Transcription Studio. Why might this be so?

Problem playing on Apple Music in Window 11 I'm signed in to my iTunes and Apple Music apps on Windows 11. My computer is authorized from everywhere. When I select a song in my playlist or in another artist's profile, whether it's Apple Music or iTunes, and press play to listen to it, the song doesn't start. For example, when I press play to start a track in a playlist I made, it scrolls through all the tracks in the queue one by one and returns to the beginning when it finishes scanning the playlist without playing it completely. What is the reason for this? All updates are installed. All devices are authorized. I can listen to all the songs in the same list on my iPhone connected to the same Wi-Fi network, but I can't do this on the PC. Can anyone help? [Re-Titled By Moderator]

Apple Music apple music only lets me play songs in library. I have to add a song in order to play
