Re: "App Store: window appears saying "This Apple account has not been used in the AppStore before."
Seems Apple requires we have a payment method listed in the Apple Account for the first time we use the AppStore etc.

You may need to allow 24 hours for updates to come into effect.
or
Restarting your Mac (Click black Apple on left in top menu > Restart .... wait while Mac restarts,
and then log back in .... may help to update / view recent changes.

Check you are signed in (to your Mac) with the correct details you will use for Apple Account / App Store:

Re: "App Store: address data: in "City code", and the phone number digits are activated in "Phone number",
but this data is not accepted for me, .. these fields light up in red letters and say "Fill in the "City code" field" and "Fill in the "Phone number" field"
