Ventura 13.7.5. Failed to Prepare the software update. Please try again.

iMac Retina 5K, 27", 2017.

Receive above message when trying to update OS software release Ventura from 13.7.4 to 13.7.5. Performed a Time Machine Backup. Checked free disk space = Available: 1.18 TB (41.98 GB purgeable). Reset NVRAM and PRAM. Still unable to update software release. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Update problem from Monterey 12.0.1 I have a problem updating iMac 27" late 2019 running Monterey 12.0.1. I ran CleanMyMacX, made a fresh TimeMachine copy. Then removed CleanMyMacX. I've been trying to update to Ventura, Sonoma and Sequoia. It seems to start properly, but it always stops (after 30-60mins) to an error and 'try again later' -message. Internet is working fine (200Mb/s) and I have 97,5GB of memory left and no anti-virus applications installed for now. Could anyone help?

iMac OS Ventura 13.4.1 fails to prepare update to 13.5.1 Attempting to update from 13.4.1 to macOS Ventura 13.5.1. Download is ok. But the upgrade fails at "Preparing update" with no other error messages, just "Failed to prepare the software update. Please try again." Tried updating with no peripherals connected, reset pram/nvram, and safe mode, allresulting in same error. Any ideas folks? Details: Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017 3.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 Radeon Pro 580 8 GB 40 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 mac OS 13.4.1 (c) (22F770820d)

Will not update or upgrade I can’r update or upgrade my operating system from 12.6.1M Monterey to Ventura 13.1. I am on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) Memory: 8 GB Memory: 8 GB System Firmware Version:8419.41.10 Can you give me a clue? I am also getting an exceptional amount of popups and unwanted advertising Is there anything I can do? What about the program “Stop The Madness”?

Disconnected external Time Machine Backup device and the upgrade worked. Yeah!
