How can I permanently remove Apple Intelligence data from my iPhone 16's internal storage?
- Initially, I was told by a lady that they could get the Apple Intelligence data removed permanently over the phone call - phone backup & restore wouldn't be required and the call got disconnected, still waiting for the follow up call.
- 2nd gentleman tried to take the backup and restore option without knowing that while backup is being done that includes the Apple Intelligence data.
- 3rd gentleman was very curious at first but, despite being new on Apple ecosystem, I knew more than him (he claimed to be from the senior escalation desk), I had to disconnect the call after wasting 45 minutes there and asked him not to follow up (he denied that without purchasing the Apple iCloud storage, I wouldn't be able to take backup).
- 4th gentleman seemed anxious towards the issue and asked me to wait for some time, and he called me to confirm that this is not possible to delete the data as of now and my query is new to the system as there're no ways to make it done.
