You are not addressing Apple but other end users. Apple will not see your post here. Unfortunately, there is no longer an electronic way to report positive experiences with Apple sales, service, or support employees.

If the employees works in an Apple-owned retails store, commend the employee to the manager. If it was a phone or chat support person, please scroll to the bottom of your country's version of the Apple Home page and find the "Contact Apple" link. Many countries have an Apple corporate presence.

By the way, you found the English-language version of Apple’s user-to-user forums. If you can post in English, you will get more views and faster responses, with far less chance of our making a translation error.
