Specifically, both the rear camera and flashlight of my iPhone 14 Plus have completely stopped functioning. The camera app displays a black screen when attempting to use the rear camera, and the flashlight remains unresponsive regardless of attempts to activate it.

if it was me then I would try
restarting the ios device Force restart iPhone - Apple Support and check if it resolved it
if it did not
then I would try Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support if that did not resolve it
then I would
contact apple about repair Contact - Official Apple Support

I've had this issue as well, though I didn't realise it was a problem for other people and I just found out that my iPhone might have this problem. I brought it into an apple store but they said since I wasn't under warranty that I would have to pay for my repair, but I don't think they were aware that my phone might be eligible for this scheme so I'm taking it back for them to look at. They also said that it absolutely wasn't an issue I'd caused, and since your problem sounds exactly like mine it seems like you might be in the same boat!
Hi , I have done all possible resolutions.. even I have gone to the Apple customer support. All they have to say is we will replace your camera as it’s a hardware issue. My phone is 2 years old and out of warranty so they are not accepting that the iPhone which they gave me is faulty / defective device
Hi I checked my phone serial number and guess what it says that this model is not eligible under the scheme. It’s just that Apple has produced more faulty products but they don’t want to admit. I am never going to buy an Apple product ever. So disappointed with the team and services which they are providing in India
