You simply select the paragraph icon on the editor, then select the quotation icon that appears. ⇣

When replying to a post, you will see Quotation Marks on the bottom of your reply where it will quote the post you are replying to.

Delete the remainder of it, or copy and paste that portion, select it, and press the button.
