Mouse button got faulty remapped after update to Sequoia 15.4

The issue is that the original middle-click action, which should open a new page, now incorrectly triggers a dictionary lookup. Additionally, the action for moving to the next page has changed to zoom in/out, and the previous page action now activates Mission Control. I’d like to revert all of these changes back to their original settings.

And now I'm not able to disable the intertia scrolling via mouse in the setting. Command line does not work. Not overridable by 3rd app.

So annoying!
