Apple tv stock on a screen with image of apple tv and an iPhone pairing. I turn it off with the remote and returns to the same screen. I took the power off for a minute and replug it. After the main screen comes out, it change again to the same frozen screen.

You probably saw something like this image, which confusingly is not about pairing per se, but about recovery (restoring) through your iPhone (with iOS 17 or later).

You were right. That is the image. Today I connected the power to the apple tv, after 2 days disconnected. Instead of continue in the loop, this time it allow me to reach the settings and updated the software. No idea why today reached the main screen. Now it is working fine. Thanks for the suggestion.
I guess if it's new, it's just defective. If it's old, it's just glitching or broken.
It is not that old, 3 to 4 years old. It was working perfectly, just saw Miami v Toronto and dit it flawlessly.
