Try this: If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working - Apple Support

verify the battery charge level,
restart just the remote,
and/or pair the remote again.

Apple TV keeps disconnecting Our Apple TV keeps freezing and crashing, then the remote on our phones cannot find the tv. WiFi is working as everything else works besides the two TVs (bedroom and living room.) have unplugged and plugged back in and it does not help. All systems are up to date. Any ideas?
