Multi-screen dock moved and won't return to main display

I want to post the solution to this really interface issue that happened to me so others won't suffer

• In the course of work, my dock migrated to my "extended screen"

• Upon visiting settings in Ventura, it was unclear how to move it back, as my main screen was correctly identified in settings. There was no UI/UX reason for the dock to be on the extended screen based on the settings
• Solution: Change the dock location to the anywhere, like the extended, then change it back to main. This will cause the dock location setting to refresh and think about where it belongs.

I formally submit this bug request to Apple to address. As stupid as this all sounds, showing me a setting that identifies the wrong state at any time is a bug.
