How to view detailed app usage reports for Apple Watch in Screen Time Family Sharing?

My child only has an Apple Watch SE (with cellular) that I set up using Family Setup following the detailed instructions from Apple. I enabled ScreenTime but cannot see the screen time report with bar charts. I have read conflicting things about if the bar charts with detailed app usage are available for an Apple Watch only. Can you please clarify if this is possible or not? I would really like to be able to see what specific apps my child is using on their watch.
