How can I restrict inappropriate websites for my child on Safari on iPhone?

When reviewing website activity of my child in the family settings, I see several adult and other unsavory websites in the history (I'll note I do have Apple's own limiting of adult sites engaged ,as well). From this list, it seems the only way to add these sites to the restricted list by remembering each URL individually (cannot even copy and paste)moving through the settings menu to get to the screen where I can add a site to the restricted list and typing in that URL I remembered (hopefully). Then I have to repeat for each website. It is as if the interface were purposefully designed to make it difficult to restrict inappropriate pages.

One or more things need to be changed about these interfaces. When looking at website activity, I should be able to select one or more sites from this list and...

  1. add them to the restricted list without having to go to entirely different screens and type the info in manually
  2. add them to the adult site category so Apple can review common community entries to determine whether to add them to their list to benefit new parental use of the limiting adult websites feature

It must be time-consuming to manually add each URL to the block list one by one. In fact, Apple itself provides the "Block adult websites" feature in the Screen Time. It will block tons of adult sites. But I found that it often blocks some normal websites by mistake.

If you want to block adult sites, or inappropriate websites on your child's Apple devices, AppCrypt is a good tool.

It works well on both Mac and iOS, allowing you to block all popular pornographic websites on the Internet with just one click.

Its iOS version is free to use. You can try it on your child's iPhone 12.
