I’m trying to add an eSIM to my iPhone 13 Pro. When I search for “eSIM” in settings, I get search results, but when I follow the suggested steps, I can’t find the option to add an eSIM.
Has anyone faced this issue? If so, what steps did you follow to add the eSIM?

If you own a phone which supports dual Physical Sim cards, it was manufactured for China/Macau/Hong Kong and there is no way to use an eSim on your iPhone. Hence why you can't find a setting for it. It doesn't, nor will it exist on your model iPhone.

I understand that some models may not support eSIM. However, I noticed that when I search for the term “eSIM” in my settings, I do get results. This makes me wonder if it’s possible that my model might still have some support for eSIM.

Please open the Settings App > General > About > Model and report back exactly what the number is. Just so you know, there are NO iPhones which are dual Physical Sim, which can support eSim.
