How to fix 'No Service' on my iPhone after iOS 18.4 update?

Upon upgrading to 18.4, user lost service. Recently downloaded Apple Support did not detect any issue with service. The following solutions were tested:

  1. turn on Airplane mode, waited 15s, turn it off > No Service
  2. go to Settings > Cellular > No On/Off toggle for Cellular > Unable to check Service
  3. Hard reboot > Service restored. On/Off toggle for Cellular in Settings is displayed.

Said user should contact their cellular data provider.
