Pages Apple Intelligence Bug?

When I ask something to ChatGPT through the Apple Intelligence interface, the text never comes back with my original formatting. The proofreading and rewrite tools do preserve the formatting. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is this a bug or some setting I’m missing?

Apple Intelligence Proofread does not underline or highlight mistakes When using Proofread, it detects mistakes but it will not underline or highlight those mistakes in the text. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Why is proofread/writing tools such a terrible and less functional UI in pages as compared to Notes In Notes, or messages we can review each suggested change. In pages and Keynote you can choose to copy or replace without any Indication at all of what you are changing? Why is the actual writing app proofreader so much less functional than the notes and messages app? Is everyone else seeing this also?
