Cancel subscription from store that is no longer available

I had a subscription to a product that was charged but not delivered twice. Challenged one and got it provisionally reversed.

Now i got a message from the store that they were about to charge me again. the manage subscription link in the email goes to an “unavailable shop“ page. no one answers their email, insta dm, etc.

can i get apple card to just block the zombie scammer or do i have to change my card number?

Neither changing the card number or trying to block the transaction will work. Goldman Sachs needs to revoke the merchant token. They may have to contact the payment network operator, Mastercard, to revoke the token.

Contact and Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank for assistance. You may need to request a supervisor for further assistance.
