It tries to download the profile, but doesn’t upload the profile to the configure app

Control D and config profile Hi, with iOS 18.3.1 I can’t download a config profile anymore (Device management). When I press on the link to download it, it doesn’t save it to Settings like it used to for me to review it and accept it, but it tries to download it as a file. Tried Control D app as well, which should automatically add it for me, but it looks like it doesn’t do anything, like maybe the app doesn’t have right privileges to do anything. Anyone else has the same issue? I was downloading their (Control D) profiles without any issues until now, so I am assuming that 18.3.1 is at fault that on 13 Max Pro, not XR like my profile suggests

Downloaded profile I am downloading a profile (at college) but nothing shows up in settings. What do I do?

Google profile does not install I need to install a Google profile for using google workspace apps for my business. I follow the instruction to download the profile, it seems to download and install, but when I check the VPV and Device management, I cannot see the profile installed. I saw this questions elsewhere in the community but no good answer yet! Thanks for any help!
