Downloaded profile

I am downloading a profile (at college) but nothing shows up in settings. What do I do?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 12

I have contacted my school’s IT dept, and the issue was I was doing this from the Ecosia browser instead of Safari. Using Safari, the profile was recognized and it showed up in Settings.
