Genius Results Can't Be Updated Right Now. An Unknown Error Occurred (4010).

I'm on Windows 11 and my iTunes/Apple Music suddenly can't sync with iCloud!


I've tried looking everything up, and kept getting mixed answers that it's the fault of my firewall/antivirus software (spoiler alert: it's not).


I uninstalled iTunes and downloaded Apple Music from the Microsoft store and got the same message!


I'm starting to freak out.

Edit: I redownloaded iTunes and now I've lost all my music and it will only let me access the podcast and audiobook folders!

I've tried to turn off-turn on the "sync library" option on my phone and now my music has been stuck on syncing at 1/3 of the progress on my phone!


SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I THINK I MESSED EVERYTHING UP!
