Genmoji is not showing all the people I have added

I have tried figuring this out and searching for an answer with Genmoji. When I go to Genmoji, only a few of the people that are in my saved People and Pets section show up. I thought maybe because I had too many people saved, so I tried deleting some, but that was not the case. I have all the updates done on my 16 Pro Max.

I have only found people with the same issues when googling or searching here, but there is never an answer. Please tell me there is a fix for this.
