How do I fix 'Unable to Connect' error when updating payment information on MacBook?
I am getting a RED 1 notification to "Update Payment Information". However, when I click on the link, a white box pops up with text "Cannot Connect" and a "Retry" button. clicking on "Retry" causes the screen to blink and same box reappears. No cancel or other exit modes available. Must "Force Quit" System settings to close the window, Red 1 notification remains.
I have rebooted the machine several times and verified that all software is updated.
